An Overview Of The Galaxy S5

After months of rumors and speculation, we finally have our hands on Samsung's 2014 flagship phone, the Galaxy S5. The electronics giant raised the curtain on what was one of the most anticipated tech launches on February 24th, 2014 at the Mobile World Congress. Now that we have the phone in front of us and don't have to depend on leaked reports and images, let's peel it feature-by-feature to see if it lived up to all the hype that surrounded its launch.

It also does not digress from its predecessor when it comes to look. The screen takes up front of the home. A narrow bezel surrounds the screen. At the bottom is the signature home button sitting between the Apps switcher and back buttons while on the opposite side, the top of the screen, is the earpiece grille, the front facing camera and the sensors.

As far as the dimensions of the phone are concerned, it measures 142.0 x 72.5 x 8.1mm. It weighs 145g.
